Rose prides herself on her education and experience. She fights aggressively with integrity to competently and compassionately represent children and families. She has extensive experience in domestic violence work as well as handling of complex custody and visitation disputes. She has a mastery of financial issues and can assist you in matters of spousal support, child support, property division, and attorney's fees.
Ms. Barsamyan has also successfully mediated many complex cases. She has worked with many experts, including custody evaluators and forensic accountants in high conflict custody and disputed financial matters. She strives to settle every case where possible, and highly encourages resolution in mediation and out of the box solutions. However, in the event settlement is not possible, she is not afraid to litigate in Court to fight for your legal interests.
Education & Background
Ms. Barsamyan is a graduate of UC College of Law, San Francisco and holds a Master's degree in addition to a double major from UCLA, which she completed as a Departmental Scholar with honors. She previously worked in private practice and in the public interest.
She worked at the Office of the Family Law Facilitator for the Superior Court of California in San Francisco in 2009 and has volunteered with the Domestic Violence Clinics and Self-Help centers of the Superior Court of California to assist self-represented litigants in high-volume atmospheres with Neighborhood Legal Services.
She has worked throughout various firms in the Los Angeles area, including Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, Canoga Park, and Westlake Village. She has appeared at multiple trials and hearings regarding complex cases, as well as argued at the Court of Appeals in two Appellate matters.
